Join the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Chicago, Wintrust, and Forvis Mazars’ Nonprofit Advisory teams for a hands-on workshop for program team members to learn how to best communicate with their finance and leadership teams with data-rich reporting and successful budgeting techniques. You will learn how to leverage data to promote your program internally, reduce confusion with your finance team, and strengthen accountability across multiple departments to help your organization’s funding go further.
During the workshop, we’ll explore essential topics to help strengthen nonprofit budgeting and financial management between the programmatic and financial departments.
